Non‐Convertible Debenture (NCD) is a supreme investment with a fixed tenure and people who invest in these receive regular interest at a certain rate. At the time of recovery, the return amount is fixed in NCD. It also provides a higher rate of interest. We issued our 6th time NCD with various attractive schemes with a higher rate of interest. The new NCD is planning to raise Rs. 200 crores via the public issue of secured. The face value of the bonds is Rs.1000 and the investors have to apply for a minimum of five NCDs, which is Rs. 5,000. The NCDs carry coupon rates ranging from 9.75 percent to 11.25 percent, depending on the tenure, across 10 options. The issue opened from February 15, 2022, to March 11, 2022. Interest payouts are either monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually. It also offers a cumulative benefit where the interest gained is reinvested and paid at maturity.
